About Megan
I am fully insured and a VP member of the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists (IRVAP). As a physiotherapist, I believe that involvement of the multidisciplinary team (vet, trainer, farrier, saddler, dentist, nutritionist) is key to maintaining your animals performance and health with a preventative approach to therapy.

After leaving sixth form, I obtained a Bsc (Hons) Equine Therapy and Rehabilitation degree from Bishop Burton College. I obtained a first class dissertation investigating the effectiveness of patting versus wither scratching. Whilst studying I was a member of the BUCS equestrian team where I successfully competed against other university teams in different regions.
After completing my undergraduate degree, I moved to Nottingham University to complete a post graduate diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy. As I knew I wanted to be able to share my knowledge to help both animal and owner in their performance/rehabilitative journey.
Whilst completing this I worked for West Yorkshire Police Mounted Section as a groom where the standard of care is second to none.

Meet The Team
Mabel
Cocker Spaniel
Hi my name is Mabel. I love jumping through long grass and performing my sit to stands... as long as there is a treat involved! In my spare time you can find me running through long grass, swimming and always misbehaving.
Misty
Fell Pony
Hi my name is Misty.  I am a 13.3hh grey Fell Pony. I enjoy jumping and when my mum practices her massage techniques on me. When I am not being ridden I love spending time in the field with my friend Peter.
